  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup of finely diced onion

  • 1/4 cup finely diced peppers of your choice

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

  • 1/4 tsp cumin

  • Water if needed
