Using a ready-made graham cracker crust makes this cheesecake super simple and a lot less messy to make.
You may even find ready-made oreo crusts or chocolate cookie crusts at your local store.
I’ve also found ready-made pecan crusts that are vegan-friendly.
Vegan Cream Cheese
Vegan cream cheese makes an easy swap for traditional dairy cream cheese in this cheesecake recipe.
The textures and flavors are similar to what you would be expecting.
Luckily, every major grocery store now carries a vegan cream cheese option or two.

Cheesecake can sometimes be a bit daunting with complicated ingredients and daunting baking instructions.
This cheesecake is so easy to make and takes out all the stress involved with baking a cheesecake leaving behind just the joy.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Zest your lemon getting 1 tsp of zest for the cheesecake.
Step 3
Squeeze 1 tbs of juice for the lemon.
Step 4
Add 16 oz of softened vegan cream cheese, 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 tbs of lemon juice, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup of sugar to a bowl and mix well.
Step 5
Pour the filling into your premade gram cracker crust and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from oven and let cool.

Finishing cooling your cheesecake in the fridge.
